Our Friends and Family Support Group offers a safe environment where you can connect with others who understand what you are going through. Join us in our mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a network of understanding and compassion.

Jane has received Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training from Stanford University as well as facilitator training from both DBSA and NAMI.
