DBSA California is dedicated to providing a safe space for friends and family of those facing mental health challenges. Our Friends and Family Support Group offers a safe environment where you can connect with others who understand what you are going through. Join us in our mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a network of understanding and compassion.

Jane Timblerlake, Friends and Family Support Group Facilitator

Jane has received Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training from Stanford University as well as facilitator training from both DBSA and NAMI.
